Weekly Winners 5

My other favorites, as always, are available for viewing at my Flickr project 365.

This week, as I said last, and the week prior, didn’t have anything exciting going on. It rained the first part of the week, and our basement (where my brother-in-law lives) flooded, and three days later we finally had some solutions to that problem.  Then I worked long hours,  and come the weekend, spent time with a new friend.

Sunday, of last week, I guess we did take the dogs for a walk at the Yankton trail in town. That was slightly exciting.

And I’ve been proofing wedding photos like mad.

Anyway, here are a few shots from the week!  Let me know your thoughts!

This bridge leads you to the nature walk.

Wendell stopped to sniff something along the trail.

We watched Fireproof together, then I went to Barnes and Noble and bought this book.

I went to Color Me Mine, where you select ceramic pottery, paint it, and they fire and glaze it for you!

I love my dice.

I really like that first shot of the bridge, and the last self portrait is lovely.

All of them are great but for some reason those dice really catch my eye.

Thanks, ladies! I don’t generally think of myself as beautiful, so those compliments made my day!

And for some reason, the caption doesn’t show for my first photo, but that’s my husband walking Vivian.

Lovely, dear! I like them all of course, but I still want your mug. =P I looooove the pictures of you. I never seem to be able to get good pics of myself.

I did the chalk writing, so that’s my handwriting you saw. :) I did it Thursday, and it didn’t rain ’til last night, so if it washed away, I hope it put a smile on a few people’s faces first! I actually loved doing it so much that I keep the tiny bucket of sidewalk chalk I found at the 1 spot at Target in my camera bag now. hehe. Bubbles and sidewalk chalk make good spring pics.

Lovely shots again this week. The Bridge, More Rainy Debris and Dice are my favorites this week. On a side note– I love the paint your own pottery places! It is such fun!

I want to go to the pottery place with you, and have you draw mine for me. Otherwise, I’d end up with stick people.

Devil dice!
